This class is everything you need. I offer you space to explore what your body is feeling and invite you to honour that in each moment. The benefit of being online is that you get to make this your own practice without the external pressure of watching others or following along with everything I am offering. When you are finished practice, you are at home and can continue to wind down towards sleep. Can't make it live? I record every class and have it to you that same night. Practice whenever, wherever and when it makes sense for you. Or take the class again! 

This year I will add some short mini practices as a bonus for registering.

I have been teaching yoga since 2007 and have a deep understanding of the body & energy. I incorporate all my teachings and wisdom into these intimate classes and draw on my own lived experience.

Shannon has been teaching yoga since 2007, and loves how this practice has transformed her relationship with herself and others. It continues to support self inquiry, healing, intuition and relationships in her life!

Shannon blends trauma-informed teachings with intuitive movement to create a safe embodied experience every class. Her grounded nature and intuition guides how she shows up on her mat, both as a teacher and as a student.

Join me to become Reiki Level 1 certified and join me on this healing journey. Reiki originated in Japan, this healing technique uses gentle hand placements to channel "life force energy" to promote deep relaxation and support the body's natural self-healing abilities. Reiki supports people's journey in life through self healing or supporting the healing of others. 

In Reiki Level 1, you learn the basics of Reiki, including its history, philosophy, and the four attunements from a master to open your energy channels. The primary focus is on self-healing and becoming able to channel the universal life force energy to yourself and others, such as family, friends, animals, and even plants. You also gain practical knowledge of the energy system, including chakras, and begin a journey of spiritual and personal growth.
