Join Shannon for monthly half day retreats in nature.
Join Shannon this month for a half day retreat in nature. The Alouette River is a sanctuary for birds and plants, with gorgeous views of our coastal mountains. Shannon weaves in earth medicine practices and create space for meditation and ceremony. Journaling and a guided journey for clarity. Mindful walking and a yoga practice along the way.

As a Reiki Master, Shannon connects to beautiful Reiki light for each session. Each session is unique for each person, and each session can be a great way to increase energy + vitality, to release energy or blocks and to support you in your everyday life.
In person at a location of your home or in mine in Port Coquitlam
$97 - 60 minute in person Reiki Session
$67 - 60 minute distant Reiki Session
Availability:
I have regular hours on Thursday nights. I have also opened up times on weekends and holidays. If you don't see a day and time that works for you, contact me directly and we can work something out.
For the in-person sessions, I can come to your place for an additional cost. Inquire for amount (dependent on travel time).
